Hello all,

It's my first day as a member of the Pitmaster Club. While I am way far from the honor of the title of this awesome club, I've used AmazingRibs.com many times for advice and reviews. I Love it..!!! I just ordered a new custom smoker from Horizon Smokers. It will be ready in 5 weeks and I cant wait. Its a huge investment up from my little Mastercraft electric smoker i used for the past 8 years. I can't wait to post questions and get recommendations from all of you and look forward to learning just how this wood smoking works..!!
