I am a new member that already has learned a lot from reading the post and articles. You might notice my docooker. We were rv people for 38 years and I did a lot of cooking on dutch ovens using charcoal. Since giving up rving have switched to smoking and grilling. I use a Masterbuilt electric blue tooth with Masterbuilt smoker attachment. Have no problem getting a smoke ring. Also have a brand new Weber Spirit gas 2 burner, and a 18" Weber kettle and a very old gas Holland grill. With our bad weather have not had a chance to use the new Weber

Welcome from TN, Docooker. My wife and I have been discussing moving into an RV - can I ask why you guys moved back into sticks and bricks? By the way, my biggest concern with the move is giving up my webers...

Edit - maybe I read that wrong and ASSumed you meant you lived in the RV rather than just traveled a lot.

We only traveled and did not live permantly in the rv. We never consider going full time, but if that is what you want go for it. Might consider a 5th wheel then you can carry at least one Weber in the bed of the truck
