Been a member for a little over a year now. Think it's time to introduce myself. I enjoy smoking and grilling and trying different recipes and you guys don't disappoint! I also like to keep up with the daily posts and get a few chuckles from a lot of the friendly comments. Some of my grills, cookers, and smokers are factory made, but I have a few that I've either built or re-purposed. Nothing fancy, just fun to use.
