Hello fellow members,

I finally caved in during the Christmas break and got my membership for 3 years. I'm a french canadian living in southern Alberta (3 hours southeast of Calgary). I enjoy my smoker a lot so does my family. I've learn so much stuff on the free side of the site that I had to support Meathead and everyone contributing to this website. I have started doing some sous-vide as well. I am looking forward to learn more and more about the science of smoking meat.
