Hello Fellow Meatheads,

I’m a rookie trying to move to Amatuer BBQ smokemaster. Recently traded my old propane Smokey Joe for an Assasin 24 gravity fed, and having a blast. In a month we’ve knocked off some fish, a thanksgiving diner, a brisket, and a boston butt...I’m gonna have to stay on my eliptical a bit more.... Kid’s got me a copy of "Meathead" for Christmas and I’m just about done going cover to cover. Wish I would have had this before even trying the first load in the new smoker...
