Hi Everyone. I found this site when I found a link to the Memphis Dust recipe. I tried it once and was hooked. When I did more research on the site, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the information, etc. I took the last minute plunge into the Pit to take advantage of the three years for two offer.

I have grilled on Weber kettles, propane grills, home made fire pits, and others. I currently am using a Traeger Select Pro for about one year. I have had some great successes, some near misses, and one (OK two) epic fails.

I have several questions to improve my game but will search to ensure they have not been asked a thousand times before.

I am truly looking forward to learning from all of my new grill mates!
