    New member from Maine

    My first cooker purchase was an hibachi in 1972, quickly followed by a Meco grill. The marinade we use today came from that Meco grill cookbook, have never found a better one. We have been through a few cookers since then. Today in order of use - Weber Performer, Weber E-310, MAK 1-Star, and a couple electric smokers. I had to sell my WSM; the body doesn't bend any more.
    I have used this site many times over the years and just started reading Meathead's blue book so I thought I would take him up on his 30-day free trial offer. After poking around a bit I can say I'm glad to be here.
