Hello everyone. I live in southeast Virginia. I first got started with smoking with a pellet grill. To expand my knowledge I borrowed a few books from the library. I came across Meathead's book and added it to my Christmas list because I knew it was a book I needed in my personal library. I am sure glad I did. I appreciate learning about the science behind cooking. I am looking forward to his next book being published and have enjoyed reading the excerpts on the channels.
