Hello from Ft. Worth! I've been learning on the free site for a couple of years and finally decided to join the Pit. Looking forward to learning from all of you. Currently smoking on a bullet-type Frankensmoker but always looking for a good reason to upgrade. I've mostly stuck to conventional meats (butts, ribs, briskets and the occasional turkey), but would like to learn more.

Now, now... most of us just sous vide the chicken lips and then finish them with a Searzall.
