Just join up and want to say hello.
I have been using a BGE and a pellet smoker. Just got a KBQ as an early Christmas present. I'm looking forward to figuring it out.
BTW, there's not much to figure out - it's very easy to use. Pick up a Kindling Cracker, a good chimney for your base when starting things up. And then hang with it.
You wouldn’t be from where Kennesaw Mountain Landis is from, or am I mistaken. Always loved that name. You have a good set of cookers there. It’ll be interesting to see what ya come up with. Welcome, eat good & have fun!

If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
