Hello all! New Member from Georgia. I’ve been into smoking/grilling for about 15 years. Bought my first Weber kettle in 2003 when I was 16 and never looked back. I now own that same kettle along with a Weber Performer, small Weber, RecTec Pellet smoker and a Lang Smoker I bought about a month ago. Looking forward to learning this special art.

Thank you. It’s said that when the town was first founded that it’s got its name from how hospitable the people were to travelers coming through our loop of a town.
