Hello everyone,
I am excited to finally join the club. I’ve used the free site for years and tell everyone that it is the best site I have ever seen for BBQ. I’m a professor at the University of Nebraska and more importantly a KCBS certified judge. Although I’m still pretty green at judging since I only judged my first competitions this year.
I have always appreciated the science that has gone into this website in explaining BBQ and grilling. I also love the independent product reviews. I don’t buy anything cooking related without checking here first.
I BBQ on an FEC100 pellet smoker, grill on a Weber Summit, and sous vide with an Anova.
