    Hello from Staten Island, NY

    Hello everyone,
    I’m very happy to have found this page. BBQ is definitely a favorite food of mine and looking to get into it as a weekend hobby. I am currently using a Weber genesis 2 e-410, but will definitely be upgrading eventually to a stick burner and/or charcoal smoker. Look forward to learning everything I can from this page.
