    hi! my name is "oakie smokie"/my game is backyard BBQ'g and i am a retired chemical engineer/ have full head of grey hair. live in nova scotia canada, have chubby backwoods and kamado charcoal smokers. have had brinkmann, klose and a wide array of cabinet smokers over the years. dabbling in "Q" off and on since 2005. my cooking skill levels are: chicken/ribs - championship quality; pork butt 80% and brisket 70%. 1 spend my over winter offseasons tuning up my notes from last season learnings, blending new rubs/sauces and upgrading my BBQ tools/gadgets. backyard BBQ training camp will reopen in mid april. neighbors can hardly wait. enough for intro. looking foreward to "foruming"

      True one of my professors specialized in elementary particles and said he was in the "study of everything", or a professor of everything... something like that anyways.
