Happy to join and support Meathead and the AmazingRibs.com community. Although I look for recipes and ideas from Pinterest and the web I've concluded the AmazingRib.com community has the most clear easy to follow recipes, technique suggestions, ideas and honest reviews about BBQ.

Note: I am in the process of a move and only kept what would fit in our cars. All cookers (SnS Kettle, SnS Kamado Gen 1, Silverbac, Blackstone 36") and most bbq tools were sold or given away. Will be moving in to our place on 11/30/23.
