I've never been much of a forum guy but I thought I'd give you guys a test drive. I've always loved to cook out and I have a long porch full of grills and smokers to prove it. I do a couple of good ole boy competitions close to home every year but never had much desire to pull those all-nighters at the sanctioned events.
