    Hello

    I've read and used techniques, tips, and recipes from Amazing Ribs for a long time and joined a while ago, but just now getting around to posting. I was moved by the gorgeous readers' pics this month. My kids are grown, so it's just two of us now and although I grill almost every day, I don't cook big meals like I use to. Still I love grilling, cooking, and eating and this site and all of your picture, tips, and recipes are pure joy! So thanks y'all! I live in Texas and love visiting bbq joints wherever I go.
