Hey all I was invited here by a member that I purchased a smoker from yesterday.
I haven't spent much time on here but am looking forward to hearing from you all.
Been cooking for a few years "mostly at home" but have competed a few times.
Started with a brinkmann smoke'n grill then to a UDS which I built and really liked.
Also have a masterbuilt propane smoker we picked up a few days before our first competition we cooked in.
Have had some good results in the three competitions we have been in, 1st in chicken, 3rd in butt and 4th in brisket.
​​​​​​Have'nt had much luck with ribs as of yet, and the next competition is this weekend so yesterday we drove to ST.Louis and
got us a "Good One" Open Range that we found on Facebook. Wish us luck on our babybacks.
