I've been a long time member, but I have not posted since I joined. So I thought I should re-introduce myself. I've been smoking and woodworking for over 20 years I have six smokers they are:
wsm 18.5
wsm 22.5
xl masterfully propane smoker
brinkmann vertical smoker
brinkmann half barrel smoker
kingsford half barrel
Masterforge propane grill
im not trying to boast, just show my enthusiasm for smoking food. Also show my love for cooking outdoors, no matter the temperature. I am looking forward to being more involved in topical discussions soon.
He one that gets the most use is the masterfully, and wsm 18,5. My baby is the Sam 22.5 which I'm still putting together, with gasket seal kit and bbq guru set up.
Welcome and the Cubs can just go.... without BBQ forever as far as I care. Anyway - I don't think you can actually boast here - whatever you have, and that is a nice smoker lineup, is just a grain of sand on the beach of the cookers that make up THE PIT!
