    Greetings from the Arizona central highlands

    I've cooked for a couple of years and want to learn more, especially about cook times and brisket. I cook on Green Egg XL and use a DigiQ DX2. This is going to be the year of 'sides'. I hope to add more to a meal than just the meat.
