I am crap at writing these but hi all. I am a 38 year old vet who has be smoking and BBQing for about 3 years now.
I love this web site and joined the pit master club to see what it is all about and I am in love. I have a crappy vertical propane smoker that isn't the best but damn if it doesn't get the job done. I have learned how to make better ribs pulled pork and brisket from this website now I am starting to branch out.. wish me luck!!!!

It’s really great you have a crappy smoker & you turn out good cookin. Can’t wait to see with added knowledge, more experience & plenty of help, along with maybe an upgrade or two in equipment you will be a star. Welcome, eat good and have fun!
