    New member from Maryland.

Howdy gang. I've been a member of the site for 2 years, but never made the new introduction post (I blame laziness).

    I own and use:

Masterbuilt Electric Smoker (cheating, I know, but exceptionally useful for having chicken throughout the week).
    Large Green Egg
Smoke Hollow 4-in-1 Combo Gas & Charcoal Grill

As the murderous summer weather turns to fall I intend to be more active on the forums, and with various smoking projects.

Final note: Meathead's book is my primary resource. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

It has been one of two things. Exceptionally hot, or raining.

Welcome to the Pit! Well, if this is your 1st post I hope it isn’t the first time you have looked around the Pit. If it is, you have missed a lot.

This baby cooks circles around cheap offset smokers because temperature control is so much easier. Click here to read our detailed review and the raves from people who own them.
