Just joined on the 30 day trial, but I expect to subscribe when the trial is over. I've been following the site off and on since the beginning and am amazed at how much it has grown! looks great!

My "toys" are all Weber. I have a Weber Kettle grill, a Weber Genesis gas grill, and a Weber Smoky Mountain smoker. Love all of them! My WSM is an incredible smoker! I fire it up, set the vents after a warmup period and then it will hold a steady temperature for 14 hours or more.

Looking forward to learning more and maybe even contributing some techniques and recipes myself!

Hello from Minnesota! I just visited Georgia for the first time last April...missed the great spring blizzard here too! We spent a lot of time on the coast over in Darien. Loved the barbecue! Found pulled pork bathed in the Columbia Gold style sauce...now that's what I've been making. Enjoy your time here!
