    Hello from Oshkosh (don't say b'gosh) WI

    Hi everyone, I'm Dave and I'm new here. I do my grilling on a Weber 22", and smoking on a UDS made with a Big Poppa kit. My favorite AmazingRibs recipes are Simon and Garfunkel chicken, last meal ribs, Schmancy hot smoked salmon.

                Well I’ll say it cuz. B’gosh! There now that’s out of the way, we have some pretty strict rules around here. We require pics of your cookers & first cook as a member, section 8, par 4 of rule book. Ya gotta do it, no ifs ands or butts. Welcome, eat good & have fun!
