    Hi folks,

    My name is Doug and I currently live in Albuquerque NM. Currently smoking on a CharGriller Akorn with a BBQ Guru controller for long cooks. I've been leveraging recipes from this site for a while so I decided to send them some money. Looking forward to learning from everyone.

          Well, this was Saturday. 4 bone plate cut into 2 x 2. 10 hours at 240 with Texas mop sauce applied about 3 times.
