    Hello from Wyoming!

    I'm Eddie from Wyoming. I am very glad to be here! I have been grilling since I got a horrible meal at a restaurant and vowed I would never eat there again (and I haven't!) I found Meathead's site and I have been learning how to cook some of the best food I have ever eaten! I grew up in Kentucky and served in the Army in North Carolina. I love cooking on my Memphis Grill for my family and on a gas grill for my friends and coworkers in the oilfield. Thanks Meathead and the amazingribs team!
