My name is Jeff and I have been smoking and grilling for about 40+ years. I am a true Weber aficionado with a Genesis gas grill, Smokey Joe, a Weber Smoky Mountain smoker. I recently converted the WSM to gas and it’s working out well. I just got a used Masterbuilt electric smoker at a good price. I know it isn’t very highly rated, but why not give it a shot. I’ve recently started using a sous vide method for cooking, and then smoking for a couple of hours. The results have been awesome.
