Hey Y'all! I have many interests and am just getting my feet wet in barbecue. I am originally from Texas but moved to AR for school, met my wife and never left. I recently bought a PK Grill and Pit Barrel Cooker and am excited to see what all it can do. I am grateful to any help, advice, and guidance you all could provide. I just copied ballistic bbq's al pastor recipe from YouTube and it was so delicious and now I'm excited to le​​​​​arn everything I can.
