Checking in from Alienville. I bought a Weber Kettle 26 inch and a slow n’ sear this Spring, and grilling and smoking have become a bit of an obsession. I couldn’t be happier with the kettle and SnS. I’ve mostly smoked briskets and each one was better than the last. I’ve also been experimenting a lot with Sous-vide-que and the results have been pretty awesome. Glad to be here and looking forward to all the great tips and tricks from the BBQ vets.
