Hello from Clarksburg, WV

Hello, I bought my first smoker (a Masterbuilt vertical gas smoker) in May and my wife found and made Meathead's Memphis Dust as a Father's Day gift. She also gave me Meathead's book for my birthday last week...Maybr she's hinting that I need to learn a lot about using my smoker. Though I'm new to this, I'm eager to learn and can't wait to make some great food!
