Hey everyone I'm looking forward to learning from y'all. I'm from Mid Tn. I have used a gasser for several years then got a WSM. Wasn't the biggest fan of the WSM, sorry I'm sure that hurts some. I just bought a PBC a few weeks ago and LOVE this thing. Also in the market for a pellet grill.
