Hi all from NJ, getting into the smoking thing been wanting to for some time and pulled the trigger last week on a Char-Broil Kamander kamado style smoker, and have a Webra gas grill as well.
Smoked a pork shoulder last Saturday for 9 hr and turned out great, happy first run went well going to try a couple racks of ribs this weekend and like to try some fish tacos as well

I fished Baja & San Diego waters, and learned a fish taco recipe there. I'll post it in recipes later this week - please look for it and try it.
