    Newbie from OK

    Hi all! Been lurking the past week or so, figured it was time to introduce myself. I've always been a barbecue eating fiend but somehow never tried to make it myself. Just purchased a SnS and have been having a lot of fun with it already. Within the past week or so of owning it, I've now cooked NY strips and chicken thighs. Both turned out better than I could have ever imagined. We're cooking ribs on it this next week and I'm already looking forward to it.

    The steak from my first cook. Not as pretty as I've seen on here, but I'm still really happy how it turned out for my first attempt. The baby gave her approval by eating around 3ish ounces.

    Looking forward to learning more and having a lot of fun in the process!
