Costco, are you kidding me??? My wife would kill to have a Costco, none in Buffalo so you can"t count on me!!! Up until a couple of years ago, we had to stop when going through Rochester or Cleveland to get Popeye's Chicken. A lot of things going on in Buffalo now so Judi always comments that that would be a good place for a Costco when she sees an empty building!!
