For smoking, I am a committed stick burner.
For grilling, it's all about charcoal. Almost always HEB brand mesquite charcoal. If not that, then Kingsford mesquite charcoal.
Hey y'all, we don't drink "pop" OR "soda." It's just coke, no matter what the actual variety, unless it's Dr. Pepper. In that case it is "Dr. Pepper." There, I just saved you a lot confusion and possibly even embarrassment when you visit our Great State of Texas.
