    I'm excited to be part of this community. This website has been such a great resource for me over the past two years. I've smoked, grilled, barbecued everything from my first pork shoulder to prime rib Christmas dinner using the "recipes" from this site (are they really just recipes?). I have a XL Big Green Egg and have been cooking in the back yard for 2 years. I love cooking for family and friends. I cooked in my first Eggfest this spring and had a ball. I'm looking forward to exchanging information with everyone.
