Hi everyone,I love to bbq/and grill all the time, I am a firefighter and work with guys that love to do the same and they told me about Amazingribs.com.My wife and daughter got me a smoker for x-mas so i know have 4 grills,looking forward to all the new ideas and help for better grilling and smoking Love ribs and steak.O ya and BEER.Love this site lots to learn from thanks for all the hard work .

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
