Howdy y'all! Just signed up, been planning to for a while but never got around to it. That just also happens to coincide with my getting close to being able to choose a pellet grill. I'm having a shed built in the back yard with a covered porch just so I have a covered area for said grill.
I've been in Central Texas for 20 years or so, but am originally from the New Orleans / Mississippi Gulf Coast. I went to Mississippi State (sadly my 'Dogs got eliminated from the college world series yesterday), and worked in Central Mississippi for a good while before a stint in northern Alabama before moving to Central Texas. With that background, when it comes to BBQ it is no wonder that pork ribs draw me in like nothing else!
I'm looking forward to going through the plethora of information here and selecting my pellet grill, and then to enjoying the fruit of the grill!
