    Hello from SoCal!

    My name is Dave and I've been grilling for many years but, I've really taken to it now that I'm retired. I've smoke/grilled several pork butts, rib racks, steaks, burgers, chicken, dawgs, etc. I'm hoping to gain better technique and recipe ideas from what I read on this site. So, thank you in advance for all the help you'll be providing. -Dave

      Rancho Cucamonga, but Huntington Beach sounds great right now. I used to surf at the cliffs when I was younger and looked better in swim trunks.
