    Hello from central Texas!

    Thanks to the wealth of information on this site, my first brisket was downright amazing. Joining the club after that was a no-brainer. Hats off to everyone involved in bringing this site together, and also to those keeping it going. I look forward to learning all kinds of new ways to cook up some delicious grub.
