Hi everyone! Paul from CNY here. Just started using the Longhorn my wife got me for Christmas (yeah, looong winters up here!). Did a chicken and a couple racks of ribs so far. Family loved both, though I though the ribs were a bit overdone. Oh well, just means I get to cook some more till I get it right!
