My english is so so, it is gonna be weird sometimes, you'll see. I am from Valleyfield, 1hour southWest of Montreal. Fairly new to smoking. I own a Masterbuilt electric smoker... WHAT... yeah, gave it a try. Not bad but not good. Than bought a vertical charcoal Broil King smoker last summer. Not bad at all, did some great food on that, but not the best yet. I want to get serious about it now so obviously, this is the place.
