HI! I do love cheese, but the name is a reference to an untreated addiction to witty, but utterly useless comments....I look forward to making some!

So far, in my NEW HOUSE...(well, technically outside of it.....) I have made LIFE CHANGING RIBS, ruined 2 chickens, and that is it!

My dynaglo offset seems to be pure genius in design, but as stated, I RUINED 2 perfectly good chickens...(separate thread)

I LOVE flavor. Spicy, foreign, new, I am an amazing cook and seldom use pre made rubs. I dry and grind my own peppers, create my own blends, and constantly experiment....
