    Great to see such an active community on this site! I look forward to learning lots from all of you! As of today I'm only four cooks into our new Broil-King after finally retiring our 27 YO Weber Genesis, and the difference is night n day.

          What's your favorite Dallas BBQ? I've been to several and keep going back to Lockhart Smoke House every chance I get now!

          @MrMertz101 The beef ribs at Pecan Lodge are,off the charts. I haven’t been to Lockhart Smoke House yet, but a Lockhart, TX tour is something else. Three great BBQ joints in a town of 10,000.
