    Greetings from Long Island!

    Hey everybody! Just recently got into this wonderful world and after reading this site for a few weeks I decided to take the plunge and get the most out of it as I could to learn! Will be starting my first brisket today after a breaking in WSM with some ribs a few days ago. Excited to be here!
