    Newbe to fourm from Mid Tennessee. Cooked my first whole hog in 1969 over a block pit at the ripe old age of 16. I have gotten over shoveling coals, I have a Cook Shack FEC100, Master Built electric, large Green Egg, and an offset converted to gas.
