Hi there, Jeffy here, very casual cooker in Los Angeles with a Weber and a slow n sear. I'm a reformed Bradley pellet smoker. Usually cooking for just two, so I don't fire up too much. I like Texas and Memphis and—you know what, use just about any modifier in front of BBQ and I'll try it. I like pork and brisket and ribs and sausage and salmon and all the good things.
My next purchase is going to be a KBQ.
