Time to finally introduce myself. I joined way back in March of 2016, but until recently had never posted. I have spent a great deal of time using the equipment reviews and recipes. I've received a lot of great advice. Just never made any posts in the forums. I think it's time for that to change. I'm looking for a pellet burner to replace my cheapie Wal-Mart special Smokey Mountain Great Outdoors smoker and join my Weber Genesis.

Living in northern Iowa, I divide the year into the portion where I only grill/smoke once a week, or maybe less, and the part where I grill six out of seven days, and grill twice in one day to make up for it. That's part of the reason I want to get that pellet smoker, propane regulators don't work well (or not at all) when it gets down around zero.
