    Hi, Finally a member of the Pitmaster's Club. I have been visiting this site for over a year and have received very valuable info. My oldest daughter gave for for Xmas in 2016 Meathead's book, the Science of Great Barbecue and Grilling, and I have been hooked since. Been smoking for about 5 years and grilling for many more; now I have the proper methods, some excellent recipes for dry rubs along with brining and other techniques I have yet to try. I look forward to this journey.
