    Thank you to everyone for all of the great advice and quick responses! I followed Meathead's recipe and it turned out great. My guests loved it and didn't feel the need to add sauce to it. I started to freak out a bit when the temp of the meat stalled, but I remembered what Meathead wrote about the stall and remained patient. This site is awesome! Thanks again.
